Dr. Nicole' Felton, Ph.D., CTC, CPC, CVDC

CEO


Dr. Felton holds a Doctorate of Philosophy in Psychology from Walden University, a Master’s in Human Relations from the University of Oklahoma, and a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from the University of Maryland. She is a lifetime member of the Psi Chi National Honor Society. Dr. Felton's doctoral research:

"The Effects of Trauma on Children Who Witness Abuse" as vicarious trauma earned her the honor of being in the doctoral spotlight at Walden University in 2011.


Dr. Felton completed her initial Certified Professional Coaching credentials with Fowler Wainwright International Institute in 2012 and her Certified Development Veteran Coach training with BlueRio Strategies in 2013 through their BBC approved coaching program. She specializes in therapeutic coaching for those struggling with trauma, eating disorder recovery, veteran’s development, family systems, relationship, and teen/young adult behavior and emotional disorders. Dr. Felton has also worked as a psychotherapist utilizing play, clay, and sand tray therapeutic techniques with children suffering from sexual trauma, eating disorders, and other addictive and obsessive behaviors. 

Dr. Felton is the published author of eight books to include her Doctoral Dissertation and is currently working on “The Color of Me” project that includes research on psychology of color and its effects on behavior and emotions in children and teens.

She and have family enjoys traveling which has allowed her the opportunity to work with clients in Saudi Arabia, Germany, Paris, Japan, Italy, Germany, and Canada.


When Dr. Felton is not working she enjoys traveling, writing, reading, art, and organic gardening. Her greatest encouragement to others is to, "always give it all you have. live like there is no tomorrow, love like you've never been hurt, and walk softly because you don't know what or who is beneath your feet." 

Dr. Carl Felton, Ph.D.

Dr. Felton holds a Ph.D. in Information Technology: Project Management focus from Capella University. He is a retired Marine and disabled veteran. Dr. Felton has held several technology-centric positions at organizations to include the Kellogg Company, Xerox Corporation, Jacobs Technology, and General Dynamics Information Technology. He currently leads an infrastructure delivery group that supports eight hospitals, five medical groups, and 11 clinics.


Dr. Felton is technically trained, educated, and experienced in the processes of determining user and system requirements, developing obtainable performance standards, articulating those standards into functional criteria, managing P&L, and creating positive results, in positions throughout his career as a Vice President and Chief Technology Officer, Director IS PMO, Senior IT Manager Global Workplace Solutions, Technical Manager, Technical Director, Functional Manager and as a US Marine. He has also worked as an Adjunct Professor in the areas of Project Management, Information Systems, Computer Applications, Protocols and Communications, Web Design, and Business Management. 

Dr. Felton is essential to the success of FTC by applying his training, education, as well as functional and operational expertise to ensure that all FTC’s programs align with the top priority “our clients.” He has traveled and worked in over 20 countries and consistently integrates FTC’s international focus with the organization’s goals.


When Dr. Felton is not working, he enjoys reading, traveling, and spending time with his family, being outdoors, target shooting, fishing, and organic gardening. Dr. Felton’s encouragement to others is to, "Focus on today and don't worry about tomorrow...it will come, and it will

be amazing."

Quientella Nicole Felton, B.S.

Program Manager and Education Assistant Supervisor


Quientella Nicole is a home-school graduate and has a B.S. in Psychology. She has over 10 years of experience in developing programs in administrative and mental health providing training, education, and therapeutic related support and direction to children, teens, and young adults with mental and behavioral health struggles.


Having spent almost 10 years of her life in Okinawa Japan she is diverse in culture and exudes our focus in treating each person individually with a greater understanding of the importance to respect their cultural and belief system in order to better serve them. She enjoys working with individuals of all ages and has worked to change the lives of so many young people by helping them find and have a more optimistic outlook on life. 

FTC is honored to have an individual who is dedicated to ensuring training, education, publications, and our coaching programs are in the best interest of our clients and their individuals needs. Her personal oversight of our programs helps to ensure we continue our research based-client focused goals.


When Quientella Nicole is not working she enjoys traveling, reading, art, and the company of her family and friends. In pursuit of her M.S. degree in Counseling Psychology Quientella Nicole encourages others to "do what makes you happy."  

Carl Alexander Felton

Mentor and Education Assistant 


Carl Alexander is a 16-year-old college sophomore at Manchester University. His responsibilities in FTC include ensuring students have what they need to be successful in all facets of our programs acting as a mentor. He has traveled and lived in several countries to include residing in Saudi Arabia, travel to Paris, Italy, Dubai, Canada, and Germany. He continues to expand his language skills in Spanish, French, and American Sign Language.


When Carl Alexander is not working or reading he enjoys track, traveling, basketball, and martial arts. He is a 2nd Degree Black Belt in Taekwondo and an Orange Belt in Hapkido. Being the youngest student admitted to Manchester University in the Summer of 2020, he believes that everyone should "keep moving because there is always something better."
